Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at KSA Ki Deals. Here's everything you need to know about how we process and deliver your order.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp. Your order will only be processed and shipped once you confirm via WhatsApp. If we do not receive your confirmation, your order will not be shipped.

Processing & Delivery Time

• Order processing: 1–2 business days
• Delivery: 1–3 business days
• Total estimated time: 1–5 business days from the date of order

Delivery Process

Once your order is out for delivery, the courier will contact you on WhatsApp before arriving to schedule a convenient delivery time and confirm your exact location. Please ensure your WhatsApp is active and reachable.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to reach you, they will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts are unsuccessful and no one responds, the order will be returned to our warehouse. Should you still wish to receive the product, you will need to place a new order.

Payment on Delivery

We accept cash on delivery only. Please have the exact amount ready before receiving your order as the courier may not carry change.
