Replacement & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at KSA Ki Deals. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below.
Refund Policy
We do not offer cash refunds or store credit refunds under any circumstances. All eligible complaints are handled through our replacement process only.
Replacement Policy
What qualifies for a replacement? You are eligible for a free replacement if you receive a product that is:
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)
- Faulty or not working
- Broken or damaged upon arrival
We do not offer replacements for change of mind.
Time Limits
- Within 7 days of delivery: Free replacement, no charges.
- Between 7–30 days of delivery: Replacement may still be possible, but additional charges may apply.
- After 30 days: We are unable to process any complaints.
How to Request a Replacement
- Record a short video clearly showing the issue with the product.
- Send the video to our customer support team within the eligible timeframe.
- Our team will review your case. In some cases, they may be able to guide you to resolve the issue directly.
- If the product is confirmed faulty, we will offer one of the following options:
Option A – Ship it to us Pack the product in its original box with all accessories and ship it to: Tazah Global LLC, Warehouse #13, Plot #4488, Al Sajaa Industrial, Sharjah, UAE We will ship your replacement within 5 working days of receiving the product, at no charge.
Option B – Courier Pickup We will schedule a courier to collect the product from you and deliver your replacement. This is arranged within 14 working days. Please have the product packed in its original box with all accessories ready for pickup.
Important Notes
- Replacements require the product to be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- We reserve the right to assess each case individually before approving a replacement.
