How do I place an order? Browse our website, add items to your cart, and complete checkout.

How do I confirm my order? Reply to the WhatsApp confirmation message you receive after placing your order.

What happens if I don't confirm my order? Your order will not be processed or shipped until we receive your confirmation.

Can I cancel my order? Email us at support@ksakideals.com as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

Can I modify my order after placing it? Email us at support@ksakideals.com immediately and we will do our best to accommodate changes.

Will I receive an order summary? Yes, you will receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp after placing your order.


Shipping & Delivery

How long does processing take? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

How long does delivery take? Delivery takes 1–3 business days after processing.

When will I receive my order? You can expect your order within 1–5 business days from the date of purchase.

How will the courier contact me? The courier will reach out via WhatsApp or call before arriving to confirm your location and schedule a time.

What happens if I miss the courier's call? The courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times before returning the order to our warehouse.

What happens if all delivery attempts fail? The order is returned to our warehouse and you will need to place a new order.

Do you deliver every day? We deliver on business days only, excluding public holidays.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering? Email us at support@ksakideals.com as soon as possible and we will try to update it before dispatch.


Payment

What payment methods do you accept? We accept cash on delivery only.

Do I need exact change? Yes, please have the exact amount ready as the courier may not carry change.

Can I pay online or by card? Currently we only accept cash on delivery.


Replacements & Refunds

Do you offer refunds? No, we do not offer cash or store credit refunds under any circumstances.

What qualifies for a replacement? Products that are incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged upon arrival are eligible for a replacement.

Does change of mind qualify for a replacement? No, we do not offer replacements for change of mind.

How long do I have to request a replacement? You have up to 30 days from the date of delivery to raise a complaint.

Is the replacement free? Yes, if requested within 7 days of delivery. Charges may apply between 7–30 days.

How do I request a replacement? Send a video of the issue to support@ksakideals.com within the eligible timeframe.

What are my replacement options? You can either ship the product to our warehouse or have a courier pick it up from you.

How long does Option A (ship it yourself) take? Your replacement will be shipped within 5 working days of us receiving the product.

How long does Option B (courier pickup) take? Your replacement will be arranged within 14 working days.

Do I need to return the original packaging? Yes, the product must be returned in its original box with all accessories included.

What if my product stopped working after some time? Contact us at support@ksakideals.com and our team will assess your case within the 30-day window.
